Change your toothbrush regularly to keep your teeth shiny white. Toss out your old toothbrush every 3 months. Don’t forget to brush your tongue too; your tongue may be rich with bacteria if you don’t brush regularly. This bacteria can accelerate tooth staining. Patiently stroke your tongue with a soft toothbrush. Rinse frequently. Freshen your breath and prevent discoloration.
